We have all heard the saying ‘Trust your gut, it knows what your head doesn’t know yet’, but have you heard the saying ‘From the gut comes the strut’? How can we expect to feel confident if our bodies are feeling sluggish, tired, bloated or uncomfortable in our clothes? I learnt this lesson 2 and half years ago, self-love starts with what we put in our mouths and how we treat our bodies.
