As I sit down to write this piece on feeling stuck and how to clear space for new opportunities, I have to admit I too am feeling stuck and slightly panicky. Feeling panic is such a normal result of feeling stuck, so don’t panic your not the only one (see what I did there!). Despite how good of a person we are disharmony and conflict are inevitable. We have all heard the saying we can’t like everyone we meet, but we do have a choice how we react to them and how much we let disharmony and conflict effect us. Me personally I avoid conflict, but even so I have had my fair share of conflicts find there way into my life. Like I said they are unfortunately inevitable, however a good lesson in self awareness. As I have grown up I have come to realise that disharmony and conflict are really just giving me a choice…How am I going to react to this situation?

What happens if it doesn’t work? You set yourself up with big audacious goals, they scare you but your excited for everything you are going to achieve. You visualise changing your whole entire life in six mere months. Six months passes and you haven’t achieved what you thought you would, what you dreamed is still a dream that feels so out of reach. Your disappointed in yourself, you feel like giving up on the dream. Your mind tricks you into thinking that if you made the dream smaller, if you decided you would be satisfied with less then you could definitely achieve it in the next six months.
